Shipping policy

EFFECTIVE 05/01/25, ALL ORDERS WILL BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING DUE TO THE TARIFFS. On all orders within the continental United States.
Alaska & Hawaii, and all other outlying US properties/bases/areas, are not shipped until shipping costs have been established and paid in full, requiring a separate invoice. We do not ship international orders, including Canada, due to handling fees. If you live in Canada and have a stateside brokerage house, you can ship to them at your expense. If any damage occurs during shipping, we must be notified within 24 hours.

Missing or stolen DELIVERED PACKAGES & Porch Pirates are the responsibility of our customers IF PHOTOS OF THE DELIVERY ARE SHOWN BY OUR DELIVERY AGENTS/CARRIERS-FedEx, UPS, USPS or others, are shown a photo of your order delivered to the address provided on your order, we are not responsible for missing or stolen items. 

If you find your order has been stolen, contact your local police and file a report. Also check with neighbors on thier security system to see if they have seen anyone who has stolen your order. IF you want to reorder, we can work with you on a discount- if possible- but your order will ship out signature only, no exceptions.
